algorithmic modeling for Rhino

HI THERE, I'M TRYING MAKE HOLES IN A CURVED SURFACE USING SPLIT SURFACE.TO DO THAT FIRST I EXTRUDEd CIRCLES IN BOTH DIRECTIONS TO MAKE CYLINDERS, JOINED THEM TOGETHER USING "BREP JOIN". I'M NOW TRYING TO CREATE INTERSECTION CURVES USING "BREP/BREP" BUT SOME OF THE CURVES CREATED ARE BROKEN CIRCLES. CAN ANYONE HELP ME PLEASE.

Files and geometry please.

Thank you so much for your prompt reply. My internet connection is slow at the moment. I have been trying to upload files since long. I will upload them in a bit. Thanks.

Sorry I forgot to upload the files in the previous post.
I tried rebuilding the surface with more divisions, it helped only a little. But still several intersection curves were broken in pieces.

Hello Asad,

You will either need to internalise the starting surface or upload the rhino file as well.

Something seems to be going on in the joining of the two Breps...

Try this:

Where the expression on input T of the move component is "-x/2" and the same vector as the extrusion. Makes it run much quicker too as it's intersecting surfaces rather than breps.
