algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi does anyone know how can I work out the curve anaylsis diagrid openings as following pics ?

I have no idea, I did the rough one to create the diagrid mesh, but got some problems, here is the file. If anyone can help me to sort it out, I will really appreciate it! Thank you

If I wanna control the size of opeings which just change within the area of diagrid, do I need to use the scale to guide it? thx!~

No you just have to set a minimum and a maximum
