Hi gangsongcns,

from a quick test, it seems that GhPython works in the last version of Rhino 5 with Grasshopper 0.8.10.

Could you check that:

you unblocked the component?
Right-click the ghpython.gha file -> Properties -> There is no 'Unblock' button.
you are opening Grasshopper in Rhino 5
