It seems so, but  it comes in-built with the late versions of GH.

I'll sent an e-mail to Ted Ngai i'll let you know what he replies...

I tried it, and it won't work in Uy direction. Anybody knows a fix? thank you very much!

This component actually not working properly (See attached) because as it seems Uy not working at all as all guys said and in addition indeed, its Ux working as both (Ux and Uy) in the same time.

But actually, you can use Hexagon Cells in LunchBox, it will give also a closed polylines (Curves) and center points as well.
