algorithmic modeling for Rhino

hello!! I am trying to make a hexagonal tessellation on a trimmed 3D surface, but here is the problem. All hexagons must have the same size. (or almost the same(?))

I tried using Lunchbox, but it doesn't seem to work.

I am using attractors later on to define the radius of circles inside the hexagons, as you can see in the definition, so it would be good to control the size of the hexagons.

Yikes ... there's a loss of 99900 examples > blame Cyber Fate> but who cares? (life's short).

Get this to keep you warm during the long freezing nights (prior the global heating, thingy that is).

That said LINQ may appear "handy" ... but it's slower than any Harley Davidson. Many they don't use it (for a reason).

Moral: not the best bunny is the fastest bunny (and the other thing as well).

btw on challenge 2 when using the IComparer, Delegate, LINQ methods you sorted directly the pList and then you used sortedpList = pList;

also on challenge 1 I tried using the bubble sort method to see if it is slower but for some reason I get an error that I can't use the Polyline.PointAt(1) method

also using the bubble would be a problem when it comes to cats and dogs (challenge 3) because I can't use it as List<T>. (By problem I mean it would take more time to write it not that it is impossible hehehe)

Excellent:

40 days ago (give or take a few) you were searching hexagons. Now you are into the Path for Glory - all that by just signing the paper (the short option).

Therefor get the next big(?) thing: P(arallel)LINQ and enjoy(?).

Moral: 2 cuppas for you (the OEM and a pink one).

ok I think I get it how PLINQ works. It's like LINQ but faster :P I just need some trainning with LINQ and PLINQ and I think I am good to go!

Get this and see that things are not as they appear:

An old competition of mine won by David Rutten [I'm not that surprised]: but due to minor "issues" legal implications occurred.

For your efforts/dedication  ... blah, blah ... you deserve this approved (by The Lord) handy wireless toast maker.
