Help with modeling

Hello! I am new to modeling and wanted suggestions on how to model the attached image. It is basically a cylinder with three bulges. Any suggestions for the best components to use to achieve this task? A loft doesn’t seem to be working well.

Do you need a single Nurbs surface? A patchwork of nurbs surfaces? Trims ok? Meshes ok?

Meshes and trims should be ok but is there a way to make it a single Nurbs surface?

Right, that inspired this post! What I gathered from that post was that a loft was not a good method to get the results I wanted. Do you have any suggestions for other methods to try
