Help with Dispatch

Hi,

Hope someone can help me with this- sure its real easy. Im trying to build a definition in GH which will read the areas of a voronoi pattern, and allow me to arrange two different size of blocks around the perimeter curves. Ive built the definition for the blocks and this works fine. Ive also created a dispatch to sort the voronoi areas. What I am stuck with is how to now use the dispatch list to sort and effect the two lists of geometries? How do i relate these lists back to the original geometries?

I hope that makes sense? I can send the files if needed. Otherwise a link to a tutorial or advice would be great! Im sure this is real simple but i just cant find the information! Quick help would be hugely appreciated!!

hi joseph!

i was encountering the same problem as you did and i found a solution.

instead of connecting your area value (A from Area) to L in dispatch, feed the list of your original geometry to L dispatch.

Thanks so much Adelina. I had since found the same thing after alot of tinkering! But thanks very much for your reply! Any good tuts on lists/dispatchs please send them my way though as it would be good to get more familiar.
