HElp Triangulated structure

Hi,

Im a begginer on grasshopper and i would like to know how i can do regular triangulated structure with modular thickness on my surfaces.

I don't know how to do it regular with same size triangles.

I want to do almost the same thing as on the pictures attached, but some triangles have to be empty and some others have to be full like my sketch.

look around the forum a bit more, with a little effort you will find more than enough information on the triangulation of surfaces

Thanks, it is almost what im searching, but not exactly. I need to have something like the video below too:

But i don't know how to do the structure (with thickness) and solid panels have to be managed by attractors.

I cant find something about that..
