algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Help to make architectural geometry with Grasshopper

Hello to all

this is my first post.

i made this (pic attached) by 3ds max and i want to remake with grasshopper but i'm beginner in grasshopper.

also, i attached the rhino file that contains 3 circle of base, middle and top of that geometry.

plz help me to create it
