Hello , can you help me with this definition?

I want to make the facade in the picture , but i can't do the extruded part in the upper and lower part.

and how to add the wooden frames in every panel?

Hi.

Take a look at the attachment.

Rotation Angle 0 degree = Fully Closed Facade.
