algorithmic modeling for Rhino

help on mismatch in the branch count

Can anybody help me to correct the mismatching count in branches.I try to bake colors to the corresponding objects in the first list.but when merge the 3 color paths,they are reducing to 2 branches instead of 3. the first set and the second set having the same branch count (1). may there's some simple way to correct but i am unable to do.

you can use entwine instead of merge (found in set/tree/entwine), otherwise you will have to rename the branch path. (using path mapper or tree sloth plugin)
