Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

it take a long time to generate when i use this grasshopper definition for this surface.Can you help me?

disable the pipes until you're happy with the curves. If you enable the profiler (view>widgets>profiler) you will notice that these pipes are taking a long time to calculate.

Whilst disabling the Pipe Components would be a good thing to do if your definition really required a lot of processing time you will find that there is a massive difference between your Rhino dimensions and the Space Truss Parameters in the GH definition. Either reduce your rhino model in size or increase your min and max values of the sliders you will see a remarkable difference in performance.

Thanks Danny, very good point, which I missed.
(remarkable because I come across quite a lot of geometry around here that has a crazy size compared to the files unit size.)

Thanks for the compliment, but I am far from mastering Grasshopper yet. There are many more aspects that I wold like to get better at.
