Help! can someone teach me how to build this kind of model

i'm trying to build a prototype model of fibrous/fiber structure and IVY system. 

studied "Multiple-natures-Fibrous-tower" by SOMA, also trying to build the tower.

can someone please teach me how to build these kind of model in GH, while i,m doing it in

Rhino with manual control points!
