I don't know what peremeshku means, but this is how I would select 3 different items randomly 

Note you should probably flatten the input to [Bounds] to get a single min max domain rather than a separate one for each branch

1) is a non-Multiline Panel. A Panel with the Multiline Option Turned Off - right click menu
