algorithmic modeling for Rhino

I am trying to create an easy rectangle generator that uses an area as its parameter. 

example-- a 42000 sf rectangle that can be altered within its boundaries with maybe fillets or more faces edges ect...

This would be much appreciated :)

Does it need to be rectangle or any quad shape will do?

Any shape as long as I can manipulate it ex. make more or less faces. 

Still not 100% sure what you're after but how about this?

Get this for the moment (case "rounded" rectangle)

How it works: given an area and a side and a fillet > it does the region (or ... er ... not if the values are wrong).

BTW: this is written having the "general" case in mind: any regular polygon (where you provide the area AND the fillet R (or the edge length) and if it's solvable > ... ).

I'll add some lines of code more soon.
