algorithmic modeling for Rhino
Hi ahmed,
You can do it with either shift list where the value increases with each circle. Or using a relative item component and define each diamond cell.
When i get to work i`ll post an eaxample of eaxh approach
Here you go.
There is also a Third method which I have demonstarted in the attached file where by you rotate the floors to control the warp. This would only work as intended with circles.
Note that I think there is a bug in the Relative Paths component preventing it from completely going around the tower. Also there needs to be some culling of cells but you get the general idea of the method.
[EDIT: not a bug just the way I have used the component -probably best to ignore this method)]
Thank you Dany!!! I'll try this and then write my expierence here later ...
... Now I'm trying to get to know more about the mathematics of this:

[EDIT: Now that I see the algorithm, I try to understand it!]
Because this towers are like this I guess ... This russian man was the first guy, who built these nice towers:
The rotating of the floors sounds nice, because I only want to have circles as floors in the tower.
And IT WORKS!
Thank you!!
