Hanging mesh with Tension and Gravity are ignoring anchor points

Hi, I'm pretty new to scripting but what I am trying to do is to create a hanging fabric from a mesh and selected anchor points. The issue right now is that the anchors points are not all being held still and some are released from their original position and hanging with the rest of the mesh.
So I want to know what I am doing that is causing some points to be held as an anchor and others not.

I had a similar issue, Im quiet new at grasshopper so there may be a better way to do it but I found that ehe problem was that the anchor points did not line up with the mesh vertices. I got around it by baking the points and then re inputting them from rhino to grasshopper.
