Grouping meshes and obtaining mesh boundaries by color

Hi everyone,

Im trying to obtain the boundaries of the sub-meshes by their colors. In other words, i performed a stress analysis by Karamba and got the mesh. Now, im trying to divide this mesh into sub-meshes by colors created according to stress values.

As you can see in attached figure i obtained a colored mesh as a result of a stress analysis by Karamba. And im trying to obtain the boundaries of the regions with same color. Also, i obtained and grouped the vertices of the meshes by their colors. You can see what i mean in figure (meshandpoints.jpg).

Now, there are two ways which can be considered,

i.) Divide the mesh into sub meshes according to their colors and draw the boundaries of the meshes with same color.

ii.) Draw the outer boundaries of the mesh vertices which are obtained and grouped by their colors.

I added the Rhino and Grasshopper files also.

Can anyone please help me?  Thank you.

By modifying the method in this link, i obtained the boundaries as i want. Thank you so much for your help.
