Grouping a series of repetitive components in one "sub-component"

Hi guys,

Is there a way to group a series of components which are repetitive several time in the definition in one unique "sub-component" ?

For example, to transform a mesh into a surface, there is a series of 6 components to do -- how can I add these 6 components into one unique sub-component and use it several times in the same definition or other different definitions ?

I am not sure if I expressed my self correctly ..

I think you're looking for "clusters" - when you middle click an item, this is the box at the top.
