algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Group same value data

I want to group a set of same level surface in a group of random of different height. How to extract the selective surface. These are not a fixed parameter since the no. of surfaces, height of each surface and spacing between planes (vertically and horizontally) varies all the time.

 

Can any one suggest me direction.

I missed this this one!

 

It has to be said I do love the Sets Components that enable this sort of thing. Here's another one I did which categorized based on shape.
