thanks for the reply.

the project command seems to work fine but i'am trying to get those points off the grid (intersection of the grid lines)

i've tried region intersection but it doesn't work.

Explode the projected grid (curves), you'll find these corner points. (NB: most of them will have one or three duplicates)

If you just want the grid intersection points as they would project onto the surfaces how about this?
