Grasshopper x Rhino For Garment Design

Hi Everyone! 

I am a student at Otis College of art and design studying product design. I am extremely interested in using grasshopper and rhino together to create 3D textiles, garments, and products related to fashion.

Does anyone know about this topic? Can anyone help me understand how to use grasshopper for this? I know a lot about programming and rhino so I guess its just combining it all that I am confused about....
