Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Anybody knows how to translate a piece of geometry generated with Grasshopper directly into a Revit family?

Say I generated a building in Grasshopper made of several 4 types of blocks (houses) distributed allover the geometry (building). I want Revit to read each type of block as a family. Is that possible? How should I set the code in Grasshopper to meet that goal? Sublists, different layers, using GeoGymBIm...

What sort of familly do you want to create?  A conceptual mass?

Certainly in the IFC plugin for Grasshopper/Revit I've enabled various workflows to create families (and then populate in a model).  As revit provides only a few methods for defining geometry (in comparison to Rhino) it might mean a .SAT or .DWG is automatically generated to convey this.

I'm happy to advise further, if you can post your files here (or send privately) I can give more specific advice.
