Grasshopper Loading Errors - DIVA components.

I have having trouble with my DIVA for Grasshopper plug in... three of the components (Viper, Daylight Metric, and Sun Path) fail to load (the rest load fine). I get the attached errors. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Grasshopper and DIVA and get the same result. Not sure what else to try or where to look or if the problem is on the Grasshopper or DIVA side. Both work fine on my other machine. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

One thing to check is if DIVA has a dll supplied with it that it is unblocked. Right click on the dll and go to properties and look for an Unblock button.

Otherwise:

Both work fine on my other machine.

Is your other machine running the same Rhino, Rhino Service Release, Grasshopper Version and Operating System (32 or 64 bit)?

Yup, it was the same installation (0.9.0070, 64 bit) but I did upgrade Grasshopper to the latest GH version on the machine with the problem to see if that would help but to no avail. There is no .dll files for DIVA, just a .gha file.

One wrinkle I forgot to mention is that the DIVA components were working fine until one day it just starting giving me those load errors. I don't recall making any changes to the machine.
