Grasshopper Geometry Changes When Baked?

I have not been able to figure out why when I bake the selected grasshopper geometry shown in the first image it does not turn out how it was displayed in grasshopper. As you can see in the second image some of the trusses are filled in as single surfaces and others are not. The surfaces cannot be exploded in rhino to remove the middle geometry. Any help correcting this issue would be greatly appreciated. Grasshopper and rhino files attached.

It's a meshing problem. There have been several threads about it. The best solution is to increase the mesh quality settings of the baked objects or of the document.
