Grasshopper building a patch with an error / again about the minimal surface

Hello,

An error occurred in the construction of a patch on a closed polyline is not flat.

below and are presented in a file different patches at different settings. The patch on the sharp transitions moves with the error "floating".
Whether it is possible to circumvent this problem or what or there are methods how to smooth it?

Unfortunately perimeter clearly defined. It depends on many parameters and is already constant geometry.

I have tried different ways, but all the same there is an error

the purpose of all to get a more or less smooth surface (just that there was not a lot of convex) is not within the boundaries of the flat polyline
