Grasshopper 0.6.0019 available for download

This is a knee-jerk release to fix two serious crash-bugs and an annoying formatting bug.

Bug Fixes:
- The QuadTree and OcTree components would crash if coincident points were supplied. This is fixed.
- Point and Plane formatting inside Expression component did not work correctly. This is fixed.

New Features:
- OffsetCurveOnSurface component added
- ExtendCurve component added
- PointInsideBrep component added
- Export High-Resolution Image item added to File menu (this is a work in progress)

Hi David,

I guess what you wrote lets us conclude:
To enhance the speed, users should see if they can find a processor with a high clockrate and maybe a ram expansion.
But what about part 3) and 4) [drawing issues]? Does that mean a simple graphics card limits the resulting working speed too or is that "drawing" done by the CPU too?
