graph mapper to create a facade?

I am looking for a logic way to create a window pattern for a building, would someone could help to to create a pattern as the picture showed below in grasshopper?

I assumed to use graph mapper to create, but I failed~~

For sure these four patterns are from the same logic of GH, please advise~
