gradient scale of values along V, but at start AND end. not just start OR end.

Hi all,

I want to create a UV dependent gradient scale of values, instead of relying on distance to point objects of XYZ distance form origin, etc.

Gere IU ca get it to work along V where the circles get smaller on on extreme edge of V. In this case on the first row.

Questions:

1. How can I make this scaling symmetrical so circles are larger in the middle row of V, but the get smaller on BOTH extremes edges (first row and last row)?

2. how can I make the scaling to work on both U, and V. so all around the perimeter circles get smaller?

( I also need something more clever to control the ramp in scaling, probably a graph?)

Thanks!

Gustavo

Something like this?

Hyungsoo, that looks so beautiful. Thanks for sharing and showing me. I can also see how I can explode the source surface and only do the gradient in any one, or any combination of the 4 edges. Very cool!
