gradient of line dependant on distance/height

i have a curve (A), divided by 10 points. now i draw lines(b) from each point and set them a certain lenght. I need each line to get a individual angle/gradient...the angle should depend on the height offset ( Z-coordinate) of the division-points (of curve A).

 that means:

the line(b) growing from point 0 should not have an angle.
the line(b) growing from point 9 (last point) should have an angle of 50°

the lines inbetween (1-8) should adapt their angle inbetween 0° -50° (depending on the height-offset of their startpoint (on line A)
