Grasshopper

algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi all,
I'm pretty new to Grasshopper but I think this project is a good fit for GH.
I need to make a pattern where an hexagon is copied in an angled rectangular array and then the hexagons are prograssively scaled at the same time as array's width. The first image shows what I'm after. I did it a few times in Rhino but I'd like to be able to easily change the different parameters.
Ultimately, the pattern will be flowed to an arc and this could be part of the GH deficnition or a secondary operation.

Thanks!

You could start with Luis' hexgrid component & if you were feeling up for a challenge, have a look at Kokkugia's attractor rhinoscripts for methods on how to implement differentiation through looping.
Thanks Dirk, I'll look at these.
