goat 1.3 - an optimization solver component

Here we go with a Grasshopper 0.9 compatibility release. Scope of functionality is the same as for goat 1.2, some minor tweaks here and there. Big news is that it works now with latest Grasshopper. Please download as usual from over here

Please note that this version will not run on Grasshopper versions prior to 0.9. For users of Grasshopper 0.8.x, we strongly recommend to stick with goat 1.2 (also available from above download page). We will see how things develop, but will most likely discontinue support for Grasshopper 0.8.x once 0.9 is considered stable enough.
