That's a structDrawRhino warning.  3 primary steps that typically resolve (Also refer http://www.geometrygym.com/installing ).

1.  Make sure the rhino plugin is loading by dragging and dropping the .rhp file as described above.

2.  Run rhino command GrasshopperDeveloperSettings and untick COFF loading and restart rhino.

3.  Make sure you have a fairly recent version of Grasshopper installed, typically newer than 0.8.0050

I'll advise further if this doesn't help.

Thanks Jon for your answer

it leaded me to the problem.

I´m using Rhino 4SR9 and rhino 5WIP,

What was making trouble was SSI plugin in rhino 5 (64bits)

I have installed Grasshopper from rhino4 to rhino 5, so ssi plugin was also installed and This plugin is not suposed to be installed in 64 bit version of rhino.

uninstalling it solved the error and I have the plugin working in rhino 4
