For me it lives in C:\users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\McNeel\Rhinoceros\5.0\Plug-ins\Grasshopper\version

Hmmm... My new install doesn't include a path for Plugins yet I have grasshopper working so one would expect that a plugin directory should exist.

The new install only contains directories for License Manager, Localization, logs and UI.

David, The GH Development Team? Any suggestions?

The new path is within the common files area... and doesn't microsoft need to speed up its file search!
