get big boxes in high desity point are,get small boxes in low desity point are

I have many random points in rhino.these points could be generated to some boxes.

When i use 3D octree, i could get small boxes in the hign density point area and get big boxes in the low density point area.

But if i want to get big boxes in the hign density point area and get small boxes in the low density point area, how to do it,can anybody give me some hint?
