Get any and all geometry from rhino to GH

Scripting is your only option here, unless all your geometry is uniquely named and you have a textfile with all these names.

Is there any way to store the text in the Rhino file itself as in Acad attributes, and read it from there?

I think scripting would be the easier approach. It wouldn't take much code though, see attached.
