Geometry Depth - Anyone out there?

Does anyone know how to contact Geometry Depth? I purchased a streaming course yesterday, but have yet to receive any link to view the content. My payment processed immediately and I received a purchase confirmation.

Anyone else having this problem? 

The contact form submission on their site has yet to yield a response. Their phone number is also no answer. 

Any assistance would be of help. Thanks!

It's partly owned by Giulio Piacentino. He's currently not on Skype (which is unusual in itself) so I'm guessing he's not able to do any online work right now. You've probably come across a glitch at a bad time.
