Geometries out of human positions

Hey, I am new to grasshopper. I already learn the basics and now I want to do something uncommon in grasshopper. Is the following possible? Or can I ask somebody to make it in exchange for money?

A.: Is making a geometry out of human positions (see image).

- Does grasshopper has a human body object which I can modify the position of?

- Does grasshopper has a tool for creating a geometry out of a human position?

B.: Combining geometries alongside a route (see image).

- Can I combine different geometries along a route out of those human positions?
