algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Hi everybody, this is the first time I add a discussion.

I'm working on my M.Arch. thesis, designing a proposal for the "Boston Living With Water" competition. Briefly: I've to redevelop a 100 acres area near the city downtown, designing a vision for the year 2100, when the sea level will be raised, covering the 30% of Boston (including most of my area). The redevelopment's keyword is: resiliency.
My personal goal is to create a new ecosystem in which water (and climate change, more in general) will not be a threat, but an opportunity and a benevolent presence for all the inhabitants. I want to create a proposal where the natural environment (water, marshes, green public areas, etc..) and human environment (buildings, paths, streets, infrastructures, etc..) could create a complex urban dialogue... and of course, I wanna do it parametrically.

I'm quite newbie in using GH, and I've never use it for something so huge and complex such as site modeling, so I need some advices about the possibile generative strategies and GH def. to use..

I've created a Pinterest's board, collecting some references around the net, that maybe could help you to understand what I've in mind. I also attach the site map, Fort Point District, Boston.

I thank you all in advance for your help!!
