Galapagos multiple results ?

Hello,

Is it possible to visualize or choose one of the solutions galapagos generates instead of the final one?

Is that what "Reinstate Genome" does ?

It would be amazing if for example when clicking on the different solutions at the bottom right of the editor one could see and choose amongst the top10 which one to consider before pressing ok.

Hi Arthur,

you can select any genome you want from the editor. However, I cannot let you 'preview' that genome without solving it again, which is why I don't automatically synch the viewports with the selected genome. If you select a single genome from anywhere in the editor, just click on the greenish button above the Genome List (the rightmost diagram with the orange cigars) and it will get re-instated.

Thanks David,

When selecting one of the orange cigars and pressing "reinstate genome" do I have to run the solver again to get this precise genome ?

When I stop the solver before it finishes does it stop on the fittest genome of the last generation ?
