algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Fractal Columns

I am trying to create a fractal (or in my work flow reverse-fractal) column system for a canopy type structure. I was able to complete the first stage but now want to combine each group of 4 into one column that will reach the ground.

 

the problem seems to be how the points are itemized after the plane/line intersection command. Does anyone know how I can reorder this list or what would be the best solution to move forward?

 

*****Also careful when messing with the sliders are the beginning of the script as it can get very complex very quickly.*****
