force in kangaroo that stays normal to a mesh face as it moves

Hello forum! I am interested in applying a force to the normal of a mesh face and as that face moves the force continues to be applied to the moved normal of the mesh face... does this require hoopsnake? I made this quick demo to help illustrate my point. now there is a unary force that pushs the mesh up in the z direction but I really want the mesh to curl into a rolling sort of shape... like this picture of a leaf... any ideas? Thanks e

You can probably use the "Bend" force with a "RestAngle" set to whatever the curl is supposed to be. I believe there are a few examples of this force applied to a mesh floating around the forum..

yes I tried that and it gets quite complicated. I was hoping to find perhaps a simpler method... Thanks
