It looks like a custom component which generates outline of a trapezoid floor based on few data inputs. I think you could do this by your own:

You have a center point, a constant area, min. aspect(I guess it's height to median length ratio) and three parameters defining (it's my guess) relative lengths of both bases and the height. Knowing these values you can generate an isosceles trapezoid.

At the beginning it could be a good exercise to do this from scratch.
