Flow surface group along xyz sin curve in dbl helix

I created some paper models in studio, and am trying to recreate the effect in grasshopper/rhino to continue experimenting with the algorithms... I've attached two photos of different work development.

I am n00b, and got a lot figured out on my own so far, but still cannot come up with any search results regarding getting a surface to flow along a curve i created with grasshopper... it sounds like it should be the easy part, but my mind has gotten stuck and I would appreciate any clues to point me in the right direction. The last attachment is a screenshot showing what I got so far... the 'cluster' is the sin wave on xyz axises. Thanks in advance!
