algorithmic modeling for Rhino

All,

I am having trouble creating planes (floor plates) from brep sections.  I started with a surface defined in rhino that includes curved and straight sides.  I extruded this form, exploded it to isolate one of the corner edges, divided that edge into sections, and then created the brep sections.  Everything appears to have gone smoothly to this point, but when I connect to the planar function, planes are not generated.  Any thoughts or other methods to achieve the same result would be greatly appreciated, thank you!

Try creating a series of vertical planes and intersecting them with the surface. You need vector z intervals of XY planes created inside the surface. Then intersect these planes with the surface that you have. This should work. If you explode a surface and then divide the surfaces,GH might not be able to join those curves again for planar surface. Good luck!
That worked perfectly. Thanks so much for the quick response!
