Flexed surface creation

Hi.

I'm trying to make a sort of flexed surface that inscribed in a certain area. I tried finding the shape with Kangaroo, but the result isn't really what I envisioned. Would anyone know another way of gaining this kind of shape? Here's an example of what I am trying to achieve. http://www.architecturetoday.co.uk/?p=24310

Hey, In my point of view, you don't have to use form finding method using Kangaroo for that kind of shape.

Try to search "image heightfield" or it is possible to create such a surface by simple control point manipulation in rhino.
