algorithmic modeling for Rhino

Good morning guys

I have a question about panelisation. I have a truss module and i want to map it on this flat surface but the outcome is the flatten of my truss on this surface. Does anybody know the cause? THanks

explain your self better

Hey I think you are right about my poor explanation of what I wanted to achieve here. So I created a truss model and I tried to morph it on a surface what was broken into subsrf. Unfortunately the result did not come out well It was working to morph on the surface but flatten. What can i do to make them as a module but not a surface. Cheers

so you want to apply that object to a surface but not flat rather keeping the same shape as it is!

Perfect it pin points to what i want :)

Brilliant resource! Thank you Francisco :)

I actually knew all those formula from a tuit and I was based my formula on it. But still no luck unfortunately.

same logic but for boxes:

surface box + box morph
