Fixing a divided curve to a specific arc

Hey guys,

I'm fairly new with grasshopper so this may be fairly easy. But I created a tween curve between two curves and brought it up in a z direction and now am trying to get that curve to dip down the z axis on one end and in another location on the curve bring up along the z axis. I attached an image to what I was working on.
