Fitting circle to curved surface

Hi everyone, I am a beginner's beginner with Grasshopper and I am looking for some advice. I am trying to apply a circle to a curved surface and have it form itself to the surface. As can be seen in my basic definition, I am attempting to use Evaluate Surface to find the normal, but the circle is still only in 2 dimensions (seen in pic).

How would I go about doing this? Would I need to use Kangaroo to apply pressure on the circle to make it form itself onto the surface?

Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
