algorithmic modeling for Rhino

finding similar points in 2 lists

i have a simple question and i hope somebody with better experience can answer, 

how can i find similar item numbers in two lists (of points) without choosing them manually to connect them to a member index 

assuming its easier to find using vb, i tried searching and found string comparisons but not point list ones .

Have you tried the Find Similar Member component on the Sets Tab > Sets Panel?
